The heavens are a mirror for reflection, not a map of fact. This notice explains what StarMatch is, what it is not, and how to use it wisely. Please read it before relying on anything you find here.

For reflection and entertainment only

StarMatch and all of its features — natal charts, compatibility and synastry, numerology, the Matrix of Destiny, forecasts, and the Astral Oracle — are provided solely for personal reflection, inspiration, and entertainment.

Astrology, numerology, and similar practices have no proven scientific, predictive, or diagnostic validity. The readings, scores, and interpretations StarMatch produces are creative content, not statements of fact about you, other people, your past, or your future. Nothing here predicts events or determines outcomes in your life.

Treat everything StarMatch tells you as a prompt for your own thinking — never as a verdict, a forecast you can count on, or a substitute for your own judgement.

Not professional advice of any kind

StarMatch does not provide professional advice and is not a substitute for a qualified professional. In particular, nothing in the app — including anything the Astral Oracle says — is, or should be treated as:

  • medical or health advice, diagnosis, or treatment;
  • psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice or care;
  • legal advice;
  • financial, investment, or tax advice;
  • relationship, family, or life-decision counselling.

For any matter that genuinely affects your health, mind, relationships, money, legal situation, or other important decisions, please consult a suitably qualified professional — a doctor, therapist, lawyer, financial adviser, or other expert. Do not delay seeking, or disregard, professional advice because of something you read on StarMatch.

Readings are not health or medical information, and you should not enter sensitive details (such as your health, sex life, or beliefs) into the Oracle chat — see our Privacy Policy.

The Astral Oracle is an AI system

The Astral Oracle is an artificial-intelligence chatbot, powered by a large language model (Anthropic's Claude, via Google Vertex AI). You are interacting with software, not with a human being, an astrologer, a psychic, or any kind of expert.

The Oracle's replies are generated automatically by the AI. They can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, out of date, or simply made up — AI systems sometimes "hallucinate", stating false things with full confidence. The Oracle does not truly know you, cannot verify what it says, and offers no professional opinion.

Do not rely on the Oracle's answers as fact and do not act on them without checking with a real, qualified person where it matters. We disclose the Oracle's AI nature in keeping with our transparency duty under Article 50 of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689); its content is for entertainment, on the same footing as the rest of StarMatch.

No guarantee — your decisions are your own

We make no promises or guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or usefulness of any content StarMatch generates, and no guarantee about any result, outcome, or event in your life.

Any decision you make after using StarMatch or consulting the Oracle is your own decision, made at your own discretion and responsibility. We are not responsible for choices you make based on the app's content. Where you take an action that matters, weigh it with your own judgement and, where appropriate, professional guidance.

This disclaimer clarifies the nature of the service; it does not, and is not intended to, exclude or limit any liability we may have toward you under the law, including for harm we cause to you — see the next section.

If you are in distress or an emergency

StarMatch is not a crisis service, and the Astral Oracle cannot help in an emergency. It cannot assess risk, provide care, or contact anyone on your behalf.

If you are in immediate danger, or worried about your safety or someone else's, please contact your local emergency services right away. In the European Union you can call 112. In Poland you can also reach the mental-health crisis helpline at 800 70 2222 (free, 24/7).

If you are struggling with your mental health, please reach out to a doctor, a therapist, a trusted person, or a local helpline. You deserve real support from a real person — and that is something this app cannot give.

Relationship to the Terms

This Disclaimer forms part of, and should be read together with, the StarMatch Terms of Service (Regulamin) and Privacy Policy. The Terms set out the full agreement between you and NRMConsulting Maciej Miernicki, including the limitation-of-liability provisions, which apply to your use of StarMatch and prevail in the event of any inconsistency.

Nothing in this Disclaimer limits the mandatory rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country of habitual residence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
