Allies & Ideals

The Eleventh House

After the summit, the assembly. The Eleventh House is the ekklesia — the gathering of citizens where private achievement turns toward common purpose. It governs friendship in its chosen, durable form, the groups and communities you belong to, your audience and allies, and the hopes you keep for the future: not tomorrow's errands but the decades-long wishes that quietly steer a life.

Planets here describe your social ecology — how you befriend and band together, what role you play in every group you join, what the collective gives you and asks of you. They also describe your relationship with the future itself: whether you approach it as inheritance, project, or promise.

Its teaching is the arithmetic of belonging. The Greeks held that a person was completed by the polis — that a self in isolation was a contradiction. The Eleventh House agrees: your gifts reach their final size only when networked into something larger, and your dearest hopes come true, almost without exception, through other people. Choose your assembly the way you would choose your fate, because to a great degree, you are.
